:confused:I am slowly getting used to my new computer with Windows 7 but I am having a problem with my Flash player which is whenever I try and open a video clip on the BBC news a box appears saying it needs permission from the site and I have to click 'Allow' but the video is always pixelating and unwatchable. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling but cannot change any of the security settings from 'Always Ask' to 'Allow' (the box is there but does nothing). Sorry to sound thick but I am a beginner and would appreciate any help please.:o

Hello Teabags. Have you tried the troubleshooting instructions listed here (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/help/7277283.stm#news). If yes, then what results did it yield?

-- GokuThanks for the reply but I did manage to re-set the security settings after trial and error. I have also changed my browser from IE8 to Chrome which seems to work better as well.
