Hi, I have TalkTalk Broadband and the customer service is pants. My internet speed is 6.0 Mbps (recently upgraded) but this is not the problem. When i click on the 2 computer icons in the bottom right of the screen, i look at the Activity and i have 0 errors sent but, 14 errors recieved? What is all this about? My computer is at the speed of dial up which is embarrasing, and the download speed is at a pathetic 25.5kbps! OMG someone please help!
