so i clicked the uninstall button everything uninstalled successfully i turned the machine off started it up again and went to install the program again , this time an error message comes up saying

"c:\DOCUME~1\Kevin\LOCALS~1\Temp\{3F720C26-6E31-11D6-85AB-006008AA9237}\isrt.dll"
this file program cannot be installed

what does this mean and what do i have to do to get the program working again?

I honestly never heard of this software but that is not unusual.

You could try doing a System Restore.

After that you could try deleting all the Temp files from that directory before reinstalling.

Try a System Restore first.
