Unfortunately, Microsoft released Windows XP in 2001 but didn't really update the driver database since its release. This means hardware manufacturers have to distribute their drivers separately. So, for the SCSI/RAID controller your motherboard has, Windows doesn't have a driver for it.

The error report doesn't really give away much. To get this driver, you need to know the manufacturer and model of your motherboard. If you don't know what that is, post back the make and model of your computer.
