Hi Guys,

I have recently bought a new desktop PC, an Ei Systems E207 with Vista. It has been working fine but yesterday I turned it on and poped a CD in the drive but it wouldn't load, so I went on the device manager and it is telling me that the "device cannot start (code 10)" Does anyone know what might be wrong and what i can do to fix it?

Cheers
Danny

is it under warrenty still,
have you tried installing your motherboards drivers or at least updating them....and also look for a newer driver for the drive if possible.
post back after these suggestions and i will help more if this doesnt resolve the issue,
