please anyone help me i am running windows me and i have this problem...
when i booted my pc it said...

verying DMI pool data ..................
Boot from atapi Cd -rom..failure
Disk boot failure insert system disk and press enter

I haven't a clue it wont do a thing now i bourght the puter secondhand without the windows me disc..i have a start up floppy but thats it.
Any help please?????
I know nothing about computers so any help in the simplest form would be apricited

What you need is a boot floppy disk that contains generic cdrom drivers and a copy of ME.

You also need to set the first boot sequence as A: (Floppy Drive) in the bios.
