Hi i recently upgraded my Medion Composer 2500 desktop to Windows 7 and the sound drivers don't seem to be working...

The MED number is 45218017435454

Looked all over for sound drivers online but couldn't find them.

You could try looking at 'MEDION UK CONTACT' and send an e mail question, they may help. If push comes to shove you could fit a new sound card approx £5 on a well known site.

A friend of mine had a simular problem with his MEDION pc after an upgrade OS this is what we found. ---The sound was SIS7012 which in turn was AC'97. This sounds good but I don't have a clue. Having found it on the internet, loaded it onto a disc and went through the device manager to reinstall the driver and yes! it worked - we have lift off and sound.
