My brother in law has been in a Care Home since January he has Parkinson's, his voice has nearly disappeared.

His laptop packed up just before he went into the nursing home therefore we have purchased for him a replacement but he cannot get into his emails as he cannot remember his password. There could be emails there from December onwards some would be to do with his financial affairs.

Is there just no way of getting at these or are they lost for ever?

Thanks.

Hi Roy
Try this link - click here

Obviously you don't have the email or phone options BUT there is a "try another method"

Ask Leo website takes you through a few options too. - click here
Don't click on the "Visit Site" links they are not part of the info.

There is another option - If your brother has a new phone ask the provider to transfer the old number to the new phone.
Then, when a verification code is sent, the new phone receives it.
