Help with my wireless network

Hi there, i'm new to this forum, my laptop connects wirelessly to the internet perfectly, but my desktop using a wireless network adapter connects to it, but the internet dosnt work, please help me!
I'm using a actiontec router and i'm with virgin media.

Hi Jaybo.

There could be numerous causes. Try these:

1) Use a different browser such as www.mozilla.org

2) Run a temp cleaner such as www.atribune.org

3) If it's practical, try a wired connection on the desktop.

Well that's a start, but for further troubleshooting, I would need to know what version of Window's you're using, and what browser (and version).

Also, right click on your wireless connection from the Control Panel and choose Status>Support. The General tab should show connected, and I would need to know the IP address from the Support tab.
