I can't seem to install software on my computer *even if it's from windows update*, I already have my administrative login name set up. I keep getting this stupid message, "

"Error creation process C:\TEMP....................... /S:"C:\Documents and Settings........." > Reason: The system cannot find the file specified"

So I can't even upgrade my Internet Browser. I really can't install to much of nothing. Please can someone help me get past this frustrating Reason.
