Hi,

If you can help advise that would be fantastic. The PC which tries to boot up and displays the message windows was unable to start C:/Windows/system32/config/system may be missing or corrupt. I have recently fixed a virus on the pc so I wonder if this has caused the problem. I am quite a good user on pc and am able to pick up things techy quite easily

• I have tried to do a repair installation of windows but some reason this option isnt available like it normally is???

• I have also tried all safe modes and most recent settings that worked

Would a start up floppy in the repair utility be possible with copying the file back over to the c drive?
