im lookinig at
Intel Pentium D 820 Dual Core Processor with EM64T - 2.8GHz (2 x 1024KB L2 Cache) 800MHz FSB (ATX Thermal Solution)
Intel Pentium D 915 Dual Core Processor with EM64T - 2.8GHz (2 x 2048KB L2 Cache) 800MHz

the "technology" for them is different the first one is 90nm and the second is 65nm

The main difference is that one has 2 MB of cache and the other has 4 MB of cache. Both have two processor cores; the second one is built using smaller nano technology. It depends on what performance you are looking for. The second one will definitely give better performance in some situations because it has double the cache.
