I have recently upgraded my PC. It all works EXCEPT for the wireless card.

It is a netgear 32-bit PCI WG311v3 (54mbps) and the description is:

'The device cannot start (code 10)'

does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Make sure you get an update from Netgear and follow their online installation documentation.

If you've followed it and you're certain you've done the steps they recommend then let us know and we'll see if we can help determine what else might be going on.

When you say you upgraded what do you mean? Hardware wise or to Vista or what?

You can try changing channels on the router and device. Channel 6 is known to have an issue on some devices.

Also try a physical power down (remove the power cord) from the router and PC for a minute, then turn the router back on and wait a minute and then turn the PC back on and see how it works.
