Hey all newbie here sorry!
i recently purchased a saphire ati 2400 hd pro 256mb and istalled on my pc however whenever i try to load any type of game which uses this it will not load i recieve various error messages which is why i know its not need for helping..
my software disc when installing adv me that software is not digitally signed by microsoft and strongly adv me to stop instalation. however i installed anyway!!(perhaps a mistake)
i have sent detail to ati support about this and here is what i sent with full pc detail etc

Problem Description: *

the software disc that came with the graphics card is not digitally signed by
microsoft to work on xp. when installing message comes up to advise me of this
and it strongly recommends i do not install and ask hardware provider for a
software product which is signed. furthermore if i continue with instalation my
pc recognises i have a saphire 2400 hd pro

card however when trying to run games which use this graphics card it advises me
that problem with graphics card and to refer to hardware provider. the software
disc which came with product adv me i have a radeon 2400 hd card is this
correct as packaging states saphire 2400 hd pro

please help me asap as i am completely stuck and i am usually good at resolving
these problems

I'm running out the door now so don't have time to work on this but I edited your post and took out your phone number, name, and mail address. If you have to, take the card out and use the original for now so that you can use the PC and either myself or someone else will be by shortly to assist you.
