New pc for my girlfriend

My girlfriend has instructed me to build a pc for her. She has chosen her case (see pic below) but now im on the hunt for a suitable MB and matching CPU. Main usage will be browsing the net and chatting on msn, so i dont really want to waste a high spec MB/CPU. Can anyone reccomend a suitable combo that would run well for the said usage?
The case is said to be suitable for mATX MB's.

Just get a mid priced mobo/cpu combo.

It doesn't matter which one, as the quality is about the same, but there will be a difference in speed. However, for what she's using it for, even the lowest spec current cpu is far more powerful than what she needs the computer for.

Keep in mind that almost all "speed" issues are software related and not hardware related.
