Hello Everybody,

I am new here and looking for advice.
I listen to audio training on the Internet, but have to
download it every time I want to listen to it.
Can anybody tell me of a programme that allows
me to save the file to my PC the first time I listen.
Each session is over 1 hour long.

Mike.

I am using XP Pro on one machine and XP Home on another.
