I'd seriously stay away from downloaded screen savers Giants as they can infest your system with all manner of trash.

What exactly happens when you click on it?

Download and run the free version of SuperAntiSpyware from www.superantispyware.com. Go into it's Preferences>Repairs and perform repair: "Reset Window's Desktop and Background" then restart the computer. That should take care of it.

Try these repairs after updating and running a full scan with SAS:

-Remove Explorer policy restrictions
-Reset Desktop policies.
