does anyone know how to find out my sdram number. crucial says sdrampc083 but i dont think it exists. any ideas.

try downloading aida32
this is a system diagnostic tool that tells you mostly wot hardware is in your systems....
if you do indeed have sdram..then it is qiute old no matter how much ram you wack in it the cpu may not be up to the job.
what cpu do you have
get aida the let us know
