what type of game are you planning on playing - ie - how old is it? you may be able to use an emulator to run the game if it is very old. windows xp has an option if you right click the file in which you can set it to run in a virtual pc -so the game thinks it is running on windows 98 or 95 etc or by using 16 bit. im not sure on how stable this would be though. could you please post your current pc specs and the game name? then i may be able to help you further
