system files apearing in c:/drive

i have noticed that sytem files are apearing in my c:/drive when i go to my computer and click on c drive these files keep apearing eg NTDetect ms-dos application,NTldr system file, page file system file, boot configuration settings there ii also a greyed out system volume folder and a greyed out recycler folder these have only apeared recently and wonder why. here is my hijak log

There is nothing to worry about! The files you mentioned are all standard system files on Windows. The reason they have 'suddenly' appeared is because you have set Windows Explorer to display hidden and system files.
