Hi, new to everything computer, so please be gentle.
I have recently joined this century and gone onto broadband, got new computer and everything.
It has all been working perfectly up until today when I installed a printer via an installation disc and now when I try to get on to tiscali broadband it comes up with a message saying
INTERNET EXPLORER NOT WORKING
WINDOWS WILL ADVISE OF ANY SOLUTIONS

Obviously I can get onto the internet explorer as I am telling you about it from there but can anyone help me.
I have been in and reset internet explorer default settings etc but still cannot get online.
I am using windows vista
please explain any help as you would to a child
thanks

Open Internet Explorer and perform a reset:

1.Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
2.On the Advanced tab, click Reset.
3.In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
4.When Internet Explorer 7 finishes restoring the default settings, click Close, and then click OK two times.
5.Close Internet Explorer 7. The changes take effect the next time that you open Internet Explorer 7.
