Vista 'wakes up' by itself when asleep!

Hi - I've recently bought a new PC with Windows Vista Home premium. When I put it to sleep, it wakes up randomly on its own... meaning I have to shut it down now when not using it - not ideal...

Can anyone help?!

maybe you have wake on lan setup or wake on ring..or wake on mouse/keyboard setup in your bios.....
have a look at that first
