Windows doesn't recognize CD/DVD Drive

Tried TweakUI and discmgmt.msc, neither even SHOWS the drive, it's just not there. Drive works fine, also it's picked up in BIOS, just not by Windows :(

Help please!

Have you changed any software recently, especially disk-burning software?

Also, has the drive ever appeared in Windows properly (or at all!)?
