im having problems with my pc not sure wot it maybe but wen i want to watch a video on youtube or any site with vid clips i can not see the box for the video and i also cannot download from sites either if anyonee can help it would much appreciated

You didn't list what browser you were using, but I'll assume it's Internet Explorer.

Download and run the latest Flash player from www.macromedia.com.

Remove all instances of Java Runtime from Add/Remove Programs and install the newest version from www.java.com.

In IE6 go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced, and restore the Advanced settings.

In IE7 go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced, and Reset Internet Explorer Settings.
